Any damage merchandise should be reported within 48 hrs. Of delivery.
Other wise we will not be held responsible.
Repairing or replacing damage merchandise may take up to 4 weeks.
In some cases additional delivery charges may apply.
Absolutely no refunds in all layaways forgotten over 12 months.
In case of cancellation of any layaway or special order the accumulate deposit is: NOT REFUNDABLE.
All Layaway and special order is subjet to 15% cancelation fee.
Client will be responsible for freight cost on warranty validation of any MERCHANDISE OR MATTRESS.
Wood frame warranty on certain sofas.
Stained mattresses void warranty.
There All warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer and are for original buyer only.

En la cancelación de órdenes especiales y apartados, se cobrara el 15 % de el total de la compra y el depósito acumulado NO SERA REEMBOLSABLE.
Se requiere aviso de 10 dias para entregar mercancía en apartado.
Garantia en madera de ciertos sofas.
El cliente será responsable de los costos de transportación cuando haga válida la garantía de cualquiér ARTICULO O COLCHON.
Colchones manchados la garantia no procede.
Garantías son responsabilidad del respectivo fabricante.y se aplica solo al comprador original..
